Go to Connection bar.
Click
on Add.
select
Dial Up to Private Network
Insert the ShaheerNet Dial No: 3600606
type ShaheerNet on the Connection Name
ShaheerNet
Connection has been existed.
select Shaheer and then click on Settings.
Click
on Use A Proxy Server and then fill up:
Address: proxy.shaheer.net.sa & Port:
8080.
fill up the User Name & Password.
Fill up on the exceptions (shaheer.net.sa) 
Open Network Connection from Start Menu and then select ShaheerNet and
Start to Connect.
