 Installing
the Dialer:
Open My
computer Icon
Double Click on control panel
Go to Add and Remove programs and
click on windows setup
Put a tick on communication and
click on details
Be sure to tick on dial
up networking and click on ok.
Then apply then ok again.
When finish In the control panel,
double click on dial up networking then
click on make new connection.
Name the connection Shaheer and
click next.
Put in the telephone number 3600606
Click next then click finish
An Icon called Shaheer will
appear in the dial up networking.
Make one click on Shaheer and
click on file then properties.
Click on Networking and be sure only Enable software compression and TCP/IP are
checked.
Click
on TCP/IP settings
and click on SPECIFY NAME SERVER ADDRESSES
Fill
in the primary DNS 212.64.128.12
And
in the secondary DNS 212.64.128.13
Click ok then ok again.
 Configuration
For Internet Explorer: |
1-Open Internet
Explorer, click on Tools in
the status bar and choose Internet
Options.
2- In the General section, fill in the Address: www.shaheer.net.sa Go
to Connection
3- Click on shaheer and
click on set Default. Click
on Settings. Check Use
a Proxy Server
4- Click Advanced and
fill in the Http : proxy.shaheer.net.sa and
in the Port section fill 8080
5- Check on Use the same proxy server for
all protocols ,
6- In the Do not use proxy server for addresses beginning with field,
fill *.shaheer |
