1- Open Netscape Communicator  
2- Go to Edit in the menu bar, then select Preferences. 
3- Click on Mail and Newsgroups,  
4- Click on Mail Server,



5- Click on Add and In Server Name Fill : pop.shaheer.net.sa and in the Server Type Click on POP3 Server and in the User Name Fill : your username And Click Ok 



6- In the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server Fill : smtp.shaheer.net.sa And  
in the Outgoing mail Server User Name Fill : your username
7- Click on Mail and Newsgroups again and  
8- Click on Identity and fill in Your Name: your name and your E-Mail address: username@shaheer.net.sa and click Ok .
