1- Open Microsoft outlook,
2- and go to tools in the menu bar, then open services. 
3- Double click on Internet mail, if not installed, click on add and add it. 
4- When you double click on the Internet Mail, 
5- Fill in your full name and your company (in case of corporate account). 
6- Fill in your email: your username@shaheer.net.sa 
7- Fill in the outgoing mail server: smtp.shaheer.net.sa 
8- Fill in the incoming mail server: pop.shaheer.net.sa 

In the account information fill your user name and password. 
And click OK.
