1- Go to tools then to options
2- Click on Getting started on your left.
3- Fill in pop account: your username@pop.shaheer.net.sa
4- Fill in your name and email address: your username@shaheer.net.sa
5- Click on hosts on your left.
6- Fill in the SMTP: smtp.shaheer.net.sa
7- Click on checking mail on your left, and check the save password box in case you don't want to type your email password in each time you check it.
8- Click OK and you are now ready to send and receive mail.
